TOTALLY. HOOKED.

Absolutely cannot put this down. Even though I'm starving from staring at all of the tacos, have way more things to do with my evenings, and really only have customers left to gold star, I can't stop playing! Deserves to be a for-real console/handheld game, if you ask me.

Simple but good get-the-job-done graphics, tuned gameplay, non-intrusive music, etc. 10 stars in every way.

What is this I don't even

I don't know what I just played but it may have been one of the greatest games I've ever experienced.

The concept is sheer madness, but I quickly ignored this due to how much fun I was having. You have tapped what true gaming is and I commend you for not attaching a 17 minute Indie intro to this and ruining the experience.

Excellent

A great TD game for any TD fan.

The only thing I can really complain about are ninjas, or more specifically, champion ninjas. I feel like meteor breaking their stealth would be enough to help, but on some levels (12) there's about no way to stop them from at least touching a gem unless you save up your entire mana pool to meteor spam them. Making them weaker would just make them expendable, but I feel like damage breaking their stealth would at least make the champions a bit more managable (and not passively, either).

Do Over. Again.

It was interesting and a total trip the first time you did it, but yeah, we've all seen this before. The fact that people still brainlessly give it great ratings regardless just hurts my head.

I'd rather see you put your animation skill (which you clearly have according to some scenes) to better use, instead of just trying to cram as much been-there-done-that satire into a few minutes. Again. And again. This is what, the fourth one? What's sadder is that our world is so stupid that it actually gives you enough satire to keep going for a few more dozen of these.

Clunky control, but noble effort.

I understand the definition of on-rails, but the camera moving on it's own often messed with my aiming and made things frustrating. Slightly more forgiving hitboxes could make up for this... Otherwise, a respectable effort.

Thanks for appreciating our effort :)

No Second Chances

Forget everyone crying for a second chance. I actually like how even if you refresh it just takes you back to what you committed to in the first place. It's a bit of a mind trip. After all, it is called ONE CHANCE, not TWO CHANCES SO DON'T WORRY IF YOU SCREW AROUND THE FIRST TIME.

Anyway, I feel like more ambience would improve the experience, and I think the pixelart look might have taken away from it. Even those aside it was an engaging experience and I look forward to seeing more.

Potential Sequel.

Going to have to agree with the one guy; it's a good game, but I think it would be ultimately better if you had a display showing your world evolving as you discovered these elements, especially since I'm sure everyone is getting a largely different experience here. Fitting of the name Doodle God, they could just be notebook sketches, really. However, something like that might be a pretty big undertaking. Something to keep in mind for a potential sequel. :)

Badim responds:

its a good suggestion, lot of players reqested it - but it really hard to code that - its like do new Sim City - we will try to do our best in sequel. If you have any other suggestion - feel free to PM me with it.

Gorgeous.

I find the gameplay a little slow and boring, but that's just preference. Certain gameplay mechanics are well done; the character moves and animates well and the controls are easy to pick up and dive right into.

More importantly, it's very graphically impressive. Like, enough so to be a WiiWare title if you wanted it to be. If the gameplay was a little faster pace, I know I'd be loving it. You should be proud of your hard work.

Quality Control?

Why is it new and hip to create flashes without a quality control option? This game runs terribly because of being forced to high quality, and it's not like it's graphically intensive that it NEEDS to be in high quality to look good.

If I could run it at something over 4 FPS and in low quality, I bet I'd be loving it.

Uh...

I thought it was cute the last time I saw it, as "Dropz'n'Heartz", but now it's just redundant.

Not to mention... not really different. At all.
